Strawberry Banana Icebox Cake 🍓

INGREDIENTS:


20 sheets of vegan graham crackers (about 26-30 squares)

12 strawberries, sliced & split evenly between layers

2 bananas, sliced & split evenly between layers

1 container dairy free coconut whip cream, split evenly between layers

extra berries and crushed graham crackers to top/garnish (optional)


DIRECTIONS:


1. For what you see pictured I used a 9x13" baking dish but you can use an 8x8", 9x9", etc.


2. Start by covering the bottom of the dish with graham cracker squares. Top and spread across with a generous amount of coconut whip cream, then strawberry and banana slices.


3. Repeat this process until you reach the top then garnish with extra berries and crushed graham crackers if desired.


4. Serve immediately or let sit in the fridge over night. Enjoy!
